Wholesale Inquiries

Pricing
All wholesale orders are discounted at a margin off of current retail prices as listed on the website at the time of purchase.
Minimum wholesale order volume is $500 of products. We supply a wholesale sheet upon inquiry. Please refer to it for volumes required for wholesale prices.
No retail discount of any type may be used to purchase products wholesale.
All wholesale orders must be placed with a 15% down payment, payable to our owner, Shannon McCormack, with the subject line "Maevean Wholesale Order". Orders made without acceptable payment as explained will be cancelled.
Product
Due to normal variances in handmade items, there may be small differences in color or size between two examples of the same product.
All items are made by hand to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed once placed, timing variable based on quantity and season.

Shipping and Fulfillment
Final invoices will be sent upon completion of manufacturing. Orders will not be shipped until invoices are paid in full.
Orders will be shipped via UPS and take approximately 4 days to arrive. For local delivery options please contact maeveandesigns@gmail.com
Upon receipt please compare your shipment to your order for accuracy. Maevean is not liable for any item not reported as missing within 5 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. All sales are final.
Retail
Wholesale price is set to a suggested margin. You are welcome to set prices in accordance with your market and preferences.
Maevean reserves the right to alter our prices at any time for any reason.
By purchasing wholesale, you are agreeing not to sell on any platform but your own storefront location (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or Etsy.)
You are free to use any Maevean products as part of your own promotional materials, as long as Maevean is credited with a mention and link to our own social media.
